The President’s Volunteer Service Award comes from the President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation and President Barack Obama. This award requires no nomination and will be given to all students who have completed at least 100 hours of service between January and December 2016.

Those eligible to receive this award must log into OrgSync and log all service hours in the site no later than February 14, 2017 by 5 p.m. A how-to guide for logging your hours is found here.  The Office of Civic Engagement will then notify those who meet the service hour and log requirements to receive the award.

For additional questions contact Civic Engagement via email civicengagement@gsu.edu or phone 404-413-1550.
