- Dual Built-in projectors with motorized, retractable screens

- Presenters may use a laptop(s) to present wirelessly from anywhere in the room using our Crestron AirMedia system. Alternatively, for the most reliable experience, connect a laptop via HDMI cable at either the podium at the front of the room, or use a long-range wireless clicker to advance slides on a computer at the production table at the rear of the room. For the best representation of your content, please make sure slides are composed in a 16×9 format.
- 5 Wireless Microphones total (a combination of lapel and handheld mics is possible), with integrated ceiling sound system
- 1 Wireless Podium Microphone
- LED Uplight Kit – Provides colored accent lighting around the perimeter of the room

Auditorium:

- Presenters may connect a Mac or Windows laptop wirelessly at the podium via our Crestron AirMedia system. For the most reliable experience, clients may present remotely onstage, using a clicker to advance slides on a computer in the control room. This arrangement also allows for close proximity to the technician to provide quicker assistance.

- When files are sent in advance, a technician can play video or images from the booth

Guidelines
- The spaces at Centennial Hall are only available for rent by Georgia State faculty and staff.
- Outside groups and rentals are not permitted.
- Student organization events are not permitted.
- The building is open 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. weekdays only. Events may not be scheduled on the weekend.
- Only one event can be held in an event space per day.
- Please send your event request and details to Kristina Martinez no later than two weeks prior to your event.
- If we do not have your event details one week in advance, it is possible for your event to be canceled. Rental charges may still be incurred for late cancellation.
- No food or drink allowed in the Auditorium.
- Nothing can be affixed to the walls/windows in any of the event spaces.
- No tables, chairs, etc. may be removed from the facility.
- Parking for the W Lot must be requested through Auxiliary Services.
- You may use any approved University vendor within the event spaces to include catering, decor, and entertainment.
If you need to create a reservation fewer than seven days before your event, please contact Kristina Martinez immediately about your request.
Events will be approved or denied as soon as possible after review.
It is possible that your reservation will be canceled in the event that the President, Provost, or other administration needs the space.
