University Club at Georgia State Stadium

Georgia State Stadium features coveted event space at the University Club. Formerly known as the 755 Club at Turner Field, the University Club is accepting reservations for events. Please review the information below before requesting a reservation.

Rental Rates
Rental fees include event space, tables, chairs, black linens and in-house audiovisual (AV) equipment.

AV capabilities
The Champions Club has a dropdown screen and a mobile projector. Microphones and speakers may be used in any of the spaces. There are 2 mobile AV carts with 65″ monitors. Internet access is not available at the stadium.

Parking
Parking is available in the Green Lot. University units hosting internal events will not be charged for parking as long as every guest displays a Georgia State parking pass. Internal and external clients will be billed $1/space for attendees without a Georgia State parking pass. If you need a parking attendant, you may hire an event security staff person. (Find rates below under Security.)

Event security staff – $17/hour (four-hour minimum)
Event security supervisor – $20/hour (four-hour minimum)
Event security manager – $25/hour (four-hour minimum)

Depending on your needs, you may need only one or two event security staff members. External clients must hire at least one event security person to manage the entrance to the building. Internal clients may either designate a person from their staff to manage the entrance to the building or hire an event security staff person.

Georgia State University Police
You may hire University Police for $45/hour (four-hour minimum). Police are required at your event if you plan to serve alcohol. To request police at your event, fill out the form below.

Alcohol
You may serve alcohol either through your caterer or through Georgia State’s exclusive partner, Premier Events. For more information about Premier Events, contact Desi Wheeler at [email protected] or 770-630-1164.

To serve alcohol on campus, visit the Legal Affairs website to review the alcohol policy and download and complete the alcohol routing form.

Catering
The University Club does not have a functioning catering kitchen, and vendors must bring necessary equipment with them.

To host an event with more than 75 people, you are required to use one of our preferred caterers. If you would like to work with a caterer not on this list, inquire about an exception in the reservation request form below. Exceptions may be made only for licensed and insured vendors.

Linens
Black cotton poly linens are available for rent for $25 each.

Event Staff
University Events Management staff must be present at all events. Events held after 5 p.m. on Monday – Friday or anytime on Saturday or Sunday require an University Events manager to be on site at a rate of $30/hour.
